Many different homeless centres around the UK are or have been providing pods for people to live in. There are concerns that some of these are just big enough to get one person and this can lead to social isolation.
We are looking at pods that can be configured from 2 - 6 people in each. The one shown here is of a 3 bedroom version. It has contained a small kitchen with integrated Fridge Freezer, a large lounge area, as well as a combined toilet wash room with integrated shower.

This is a sample of a 2 bedroom pod, that could also be made into a 1 bedroom pod. It has all the features of the one above but is designed to fit in a smaller space.
The units are fully insulated and come with all the electrics and plumbing completed, and literally are custom-made for different requirements before being delivered.
Self contained and safe for all types of people, hygienic and simple to maintain. This is an ideal way to help with the housing's crisis, quickly and affordably.

As you can see the units are fully fitted all that needs to be added is beds and furniture and for most people a TV ( Smart one of course). All the flooring is linoleum based and the walls and ceilings are finished with a tough and durable finish which allow to knocks bumps and scrapes too.
We need to add heater to make these pods comfortable. Each one will have its own key meter installed.
